Therapeutic Approach

Working as a mental health professional is a privilege.

My approach builds from an exploration and understanding of people’s values and strengths and I help guide growth and development using scientifically validated techniques.

The Next Step in Your Healing Journey

Using a holistic, client-centered, and collaborative counseling approach, I support clients to skillfully navigate through the suffering and difficulties that life brings and connect with their inner resiliency for emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.

A Counseling Session Includes:

50 minutes of personalized professional care and attention

A custom therapeutic plan to fit your family's needs

Possible homework to assure the therapeutic process continues after the appointment

My goal is that clients look forward to therapy sessions and see the value of having a trained professional assist them in their journey. May we share laughter and hope along the way.
